01Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Meetings Managed, a service operated by Deliverance ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, you enter a legally binding contract to be bound by these Terms.

02Service Description & Accounts

Meetings Managed provides professional scheduling and organization interfaces. You must provide accurate information during registration. You are solely responsible for security credentials and all activity occurring under your account umbrella.

3. Acceptable Use

Under this agreement, users strictly agree not to:

  • Conduct unlawful activities
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Transmit defamatory content
  • Reverse-engineer platform code

04Subscriptions & Payments

Business accounts require a paid subscription, processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions are available on a monthly or yearly billing cycle. Fees are non-refundable unless specified otherwise. Subscriptions renew automatically unless terminated via the dashboard settings.

04bCancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Admin Dashboard under the Subscription section. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for the remaining period unless required by law. After the billing period ends, your organisation and its data will be deactivated. You may request data export before cancellation by contacting support@deliverance.org.uk.

05Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deliverance's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Exclusive jurisdiction remains with the courts of England and Wales.
