Deliverance ("we", "us", "our") operates Meetings Managed and acts as the data controller for personal data processed through this platform. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

2. Data Collection

  • 01Account data: Name, email, hashed credentials, and account classification.
  • 02Meeting data: Requests, calendar slots, and organizational notes.
  • 03Payment data: We utilize Stripe for transaction processing; raw card details never touch our servers.

3. Lawful Basis

We process your data primarily for contract performance (executing the scheduling services requested) and legitimate interests (platform security and functional optimization). Where required by law, we obtain your explicit consent before processing.

4. Third-Party Processors

We engage the following sub-processors who may handle personal data on our behalf. Each processor is bound by data processing agreements meeting UK GDPR standards:

  • Stripe: Payment processing and subscription management.
  • Vercel / hosting provider: Platform hosting and delivery infrastructure.
  • Email service provider: Transactional email notifications.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law:

  • ·Account data is retained while your account is active and for up to 90 days after deletion.
  • ·Booking records may be retained for up to 7 years for legal and tax compliance purposes.
  • ·Payment records are retained in accordance with Stripe's data retention policies and applicable financial regulations.
